How This Works

Once we are in contact with each other, you'll be asked if you already have an idea of how you want your house to look and if you have some kind of example sketch, ideas or picture. At this point I'll take your ideas and start drawing the Floor Plan to your specification, which is the most important part of the plans.

I will then convert your Floor Plan  to a PDF file for you to review on your computer. I will handle the entire project in this way

At this point I will ask you for a deposit of 1/2 of the projected amount of the plan package. When the plans are completed to the final stages you will be asked for the final amount due. Your drawings will then be converted to PDF files for you to carry to a local print shop to be plotted out on 24" x 36" paper. Or if you wont to pickup your drawings I can put on 2' x 3' black line paper.
